Qualifications and Policies

The safe operation of all our company trucks and vehicles is a major area of concern for Driver Pipeline Company and the operation of each vehicle is a direct reflection of our company. Driver Pipeline Company’s policy is to train all employees who drive or may drive a company vehicle to comply with all regulations as well as Driver Pipeline Company’s best practices and company policies.

In addition to the core training, Driver Pipeline Company ensures that employees participate in defensive driving courses and the management team performs individual performance assessments and conducts periodic driving records review to ensure that off-the-job activities do not interfere with the prospective operation of company vehicles.

Driver Pipeline Company also has a moving violations policy that limits the number of driver violations an employee may have before he or she loses all driving privileges. Disciplinary action, up to and including termination, is a function of the number and severity of specific violations.
