Employee Development & Safety Training

Throughout its 30+ year history, Driver Pipeline Company has been committed to performing quality work in a safe and productive manner that meets and exceeds the requirements of its customers and regulatory agencies. To that end, Driver Pipeline Company has developed comprehensive training programs to educate its employees on all relevant aspects of safety and regulatory compliance, and provides skills training and certifications to ensure a highly productive and cross-trained work force. Driver Pipeline Company also provides its supervisors and management with supervisory skills training to provide a high level of support to the employees, along with a full understanding of labor laws, drug and alcohol enforcement and other employment issues. The key to providing a high level of quality service is to develop and maintain a solid base of quality employees. Driver Pipeline Company achieves this by investing in the future of each employee and providing excellent wages and benefits and a safe work environment, along with a culture of genuine concern by each employee for their co-workers.

Additionally, Driver Pipeline Company's continuous improvement and QA/QC programs provide objective employee and project assessments that are used to reinforce quality work and to identify areas for improvement. The resultant information is then incorporated into the appropriate training modules and sessions.

Driver Pipeline Company is very proud of its employees and their safety accomplishments that have resulted in a steady decline of its Experience Modifier Rate (EMR). Our current EMR of 0.42 is among the very best in the industry among contractors and operating firms.
