Driver Pipeline Company performs work
for its customers under contracts with the following payment methods:
Time & Material, Unit Prices, Cost Reimbursable Plus, Incentive
Rates, Quantity Discounts, Lump Sum and Negotiated Rates. Driver
is a qualified contractor for a large number of major oil & gas
pipeline companies within the United States; and has Blanket Services Agreements
and Call-Out Contracts with numerous operating companies. While
Driver Pipeline Company is pleased to perform work - - small or
big jobs - - under traditional payment conditions acceptable to
its customer,
it especially values long-term relationships where it can be an
alliance partner with a company. Under various circumstances,
the amount and types of work are particularly well suited for an
alliance arrangement,
which can be effectively used to generate increased customer efficiencies
and cost effectiveness. Driver Pipeline Company has been an alliance
partner with (Lone Star Gas) Atmos and it's successors for 34 years.
In 2001 alone Driver performed more than 2,000 individual projects
that included replacing
sections
of small diameter poly pipe and completed a 1000’ HDD with
20” pipe under I-635 and I-75 in north Dallas, along with
replacing an additional 4000’ of high pressure steel pipeline
in the vicinity of the drill.
