Driver Pipeline Company continues to take great pride in ensuring quality in its communications with all relevant stakeholders (customers, suppliers, public officials, landowners, and the community at-large) to enhance project planning, execution and subsequent operations. Our personnel actively listen to the customer's requirements and strive to ensure that there are no surprises during the job. The Driver Pipeline Company Team believes that proper planning, job scoping and communicating early on in the project's life will provide the most cost-effective, long-term result for the customer. Throughout the project, Driver Pipeline Company will request feedback from the customer; and at the conclusion of the project, Driver Pipeline Company will conduct a post-job review in conjunction with the customer to identify areas of concern and areas of success. Driver Pipeline Company's desire is to improve its efficiency and effectiveness in concert with its customers and to identify and reinforce positive attributes of performance so that they can be replicated. In 2005, Driver Pipeline Company installed new accounting and job-costing software, that when coupled to its Project Management system, can produce a virtual real-time progress report. This system is designed to provide Driver Pipeline Company and its customer with up-to-date reports concerning percent complete, actual-to-estimated cost comparisons, variance explanations, and forecast data on a weekly basis. The reports can be tailored to fit the needs of the project or program, thus providing timely communications to the project manager so that comprehensive analyses can be performed and decisions properly implemented. |
