James Driver - Chairman & CEO
James began working in the pipeline construction industry in 1957. From 1957 to 1971, he worked for Rivers Corporation and R. H. Fulton Company in various capacities including as a heavy equipment operator, welder and foreman. James founded Driver Pipeline in 1971 and, under his leadership the Company has grown into a nationally recognized and respected service provider to the country’s best energy companies.
Brad Walker - President
Brad joined Driver Pipeline in March of 2014. He brings a long history of experience in Business and Finance while acting as CEO/COO/CRO or restructuring consultant in over 60 corporate turnaround projects. Brad has had significant involvement in the energy business since 1980 and is overseeing all aspects of the continuing growth and profitability of Driver Pipeline.
Chuck LeCroy - Vice President - DFW Metroplex Operations
Chuck began working for Lone Star Gas in 1980. He performed various operations and construction functions including operating equipment, leak repair, crew leader, supervisor and superintendent. In 1986, Chuck was promoted to Superintendent II in Dallas over construction performed by outside contractors and inspection of work performed by those contractors. Chuck joined Driver Pipeline in 1997, was the superintendent over projects throughout North and Central Texas, and then oversaw the East Dallas Service Center, which performs both gas and electrical work. In 2012 Chuck became General Manager of DFW Metroplex Operations, and in 2014 was promoted to Vice President of DFW Metroplex Operations.
Jeff Moore - Vice President - Health & Safety
Jeff joined Driver in 2009 as a lead safety coordinator and has since steadily proven himself and moved up the ranks to Director of Safety and the position he currently holds, Vice President of Health and Safety. His experience in construction and oil and gas safety spans several decades including lead positions at AOK Construction and Delta Gulf Energy Services. Jeff is an active participant in multiple safety groups, such as the APCA (American Pipeline Contractors Association), North Texas Damage Prevention Council, and the Oil and Gas HSE Practitioner’s Group.
Dennis Nelson - Vice President - Risk Management
Dennis joined the Driver Pipeline family in August of 2000 after a thirty-year career with Lone Star Gas Company. With over 46 years of managerial experience in oil and gas operations, Dennis brings a wealth of experience to the company while overseeing Driver's risk associated component. Dennis holds a BBA degree from Texas Wesleyan University. Along with the risk portion of the business, Dennis is responsible for DOT compliance, Purchasing and Human Resource functions of the company.
Allen Friar - Vice President - Equipment
Allen started working at Driver Pipeline in 1981 performing mechanical services and repairs on the company’s fleet of vehicles and equipment in the shop and in the field. In 1986, Allen's responsibilities were increased to supervising all of the work being performed in the mechanic shop as well as at all job sites. In 1990 Allen was promoted to Equipment Superintendent, and in 2014 was promoted to Vice President of our Equipment Division where he is responsible for all vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance, repairs, leases, rentals and acquisitions.
Tarry Hutton - Gulf Coast Division Manager
Tarry is an accomplished operational and project/construction management professional with thirty-five (35) years of oil and gas industry experience.
He has been involved in operations, engineering and construction with a successful board-based career defining and guiding the implementation of industry best practices, standards, processes and tools to strengthen organizations and drive competitive growth. With an extensive expertise in leading and delivering cross-functional solutions, Tarry has a proven ability to navigate complex situations while mitigating risk, identifying value creation opportunity and building strategic partnerships.
Donnie Doucette - General Superintendent, Gulf Coast Region
Donnie began his pipeline construction career in the late 1980's working for Tomahawk Construction, Benson Pipeline and other firms in various capacities including heavy equipment operator, foreman and superintendent. Donnie joined the Driver team in 1995 and has supervised many transmission projects. As general superintendent, Donnie oversees major transmission related projects for Driver Pipeline in the Texas Gulf Coast Region.
Rob Couture – Director, Business Development and Growth Strategy
Rob joined Driver Pipeline in 2014 and brings over 15 years of business development experience in several different industries. He began his career at Adams Golf Company, working in various sales and general management capacities from 1999 through 2009. Upon his departure from Adams, Rob was the regional sales manager for the Midwest region as well as General Manager of the company’s Canadian operations. In 2009 Rob was named managing director of Quorum Sports Group, which engaged in the representation of professional golfers on the PGA, LPGA, Champions and Web.com Tours. Rob left Quorum in 2013 to spearhead a business development group at Serpro Logistics, a family owned logistics and trucking company.
