Starting out with just a single truck, trailer and backhoe in 1971, today the Company’s fleet now exceeds over 700 pieces of heavy equipment, directional drill rigs, haul trucks and vehicles that can accommodate work on everything from a 2" to 48" pipeline, covering spreads upwards of 200 miles in length.

The largest of the Company’s ten directional drill rigs is rated at 1,000,000 pounds of pullback force - capable of performing drills in excess of 5,000 feet and is equipped to ream up to a 60" diameter hole. The Company's equipment superintendent and his team of skilled mechanics maintain the fleet in tip top shape with an aggressive preventive maintenance program.  Driver Pipeline's philosophy is to keep all vehicles and equipment in excellent working order with the goal of eliminating downtime on every project, enhancing fuel efficiency and reducing emissions.
